Radsource was founded in 2001 as a joint venture between United Surgical Partners International (USPI) and Imaging Specialists, PLLC, a subspecialized radiology practice. Since that time, USPI has become the largest operator of surgery centers in the country, and Imaging Specialists has become one of the largest and most respected providers of outpatient MRI interpretation in the country. Radsource unifies the capabilities of these two entities, creating a unique combination of physician expertise and operational excellence. The result is a company with the medical knowledge and business resources to manage any imaging project, be it as simple as providing professional interpretations for an existing MRI, or as complex as creating multisite outpatient imaging centers for a hospital or radiology group partner.
