Radsource Signs 40-Physician Tennessee Orthopaedic Practice

Brentwood, TN " January 2, 2004 - Radsource, a leading provider of orthopaedic imaging solutions, announced today the signing of a professional interpretation agreement with Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) in Nashville, Tennessee. The agreement covers two existing MRI units in Nashville as well as a third, new scanner in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Professional interpretation services for TOA will begin immediately.

According to Dr. Dave Alexander, a TOA orthopaedic surgeon, the decision was carefully weighed. "TOA has been a provider of in-office MRI services for over five years", stated Dr. Alexander. Patient scanning at the new TOA location is scheduled to go live on January 26. All three TOA scanners will be utilizing Radsource's proprietary web-based order entry system, which eliminates the need for FAXed paperwork. TOA will also be accessing Radsource's filmless solution, which provides secure storage and web-based viewing of MRI images and reports.
