Radiologist David S. Levey, M.D. joins Radsource

David S. Levey, M.D. brings 10 years of experience as a leading authority in Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Dr. Levey completed his undergraduate studies in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology at the University of California at San Diego and holds a Masters Degree in Biological Chemistry from UCLA ( School of Integrative Biology ). Following medical school at Case Western Reserve School of Medicine, Dr. Levey completed an internationally recognized musculoskeletal imaging fellowship at the University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Levey is well known for his expertise in MR, and is a regularly invited lecturer both nationally and internationally. Dr. Levey is widely published with over 30 peer-reviewed book chapters and articles to his credit. He is one of an elite group of medical editors for the musculoskeletal radiology volume of the eMedicine World Medical Internet Library. In addition to being a renowned musculoskeletal radiologist, he is well versed and published in both neurological and body MR applications. Prior to joining Radsource, Dr. Levey was instrumental in developing and growing several successful MR imaging centers in Texas. Dr. Levey continually strives for personal improvement, and has recently received a PhD in Clinical Psychology under the auspices of the World Health Organization. In addition, Dr. Levey is an accomplished musician who plays drums professionally.
