Radsource Signs Memphis Orthopaedic Group

Brentwood, TN " March 21, 2004 " Radsource announced today the signing of an exclusive MRI professional interpretation agreement with Memphis Orthopaedic Group (MOG) in Memphis, Tennessee. The agreement represents a continuation of the relationship that Radsource has established with MOG. To date, Radsource has assisted MOG with feasibility analysis and a clinical needs assessment for its MRI addition. Subsequently, Radsource provided equipment evaluation and negotiation services for the MRI purchase. Radsource will also provide architectural design and MRI start-up logistical support to MOG as the project unfolds.

MOG expects to complete site build-out and magnet installation in the coming months, with patient scanning scheduled to begin in August 2004. When patient scanning begins, MOG will access Radsource's web-based image distribution service and will utilize Radsource's triple-redundant secure digital archive, eliminating the need for routine printing of hard-copy films. Clinical information will be sent to Radsource physicians through Radsource's web-based order entry system, providing truly paperless workflow.

Radsource, in contrast, will continue as a key component of the project, through its professional interpretation and digital imaging services. This ongoing relationship gives us a strong vested interest in making sure that all phases of the operation are completed efficiently and at the highest possible standard."
