Radsource Assists Graves-Gilbert Clinic MRI Addition

Brentwood, TN - March 25, 2004 - Radsource, a leader in practice-based radiology solutions, has completed the initial phases of its MRI Services Consultation Agreement with the Graves-Gilbert Clinic in Bowling Green, KY. Under terms of the agreement, Radsource provided practice analysis and feasibility review for the Clinic's planned MRI addition. Subsequently, Radsource managed the evaluation, selection, and negotiation of MRI equipment best suited to the Clinic's clinical needs. Radsource will, over the next several months, assist the Clinic with its architectural planning, MRI-specific construction requirements, and MRI start-up logistics.

Graves-Gilbert Clinic, a 56-physician multispecialty group, has extensive imaging capabilities, including computed tomography, ultrasound, nuclear medicine and mammography. However, when considering the addition of MRI, the Clinic realized that subspecialized expertise would be of benefit. Craig Heckman, an administrator for Graves-Gilbert, stated, "The decision to implement MRI and how best to do so was carefully considered by our Board. We have never purchased an MRI before, whereas Radsource is continually involved with MRI purchasing and evaluation.
