Radsource Signs Agreement for Radiology Services at Arizona Orthopedic Surgical Hospital

Brentwood, TN - May 1, 2003 - Radsource, a leader in orthopaedic radiology solutions, announced today the signing of a definitive agreement to provide consultative radiology services to Arizona Orthopedic Surgical Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. Under terms of the agreement, Radsource will assist in radiology department design and serve as the procurement arm for all necessary imaging equipment. The Warner Hospital radiology department will include a high field short bore MRI, Computed Radiography and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System). Space for future addition of an Open MRI will also be designed. The radiology department will operate in a "filmless" environment, utilizing the latest in image display and distribution technology.

About Arizona Orthopedic Surgical Hospital

A joint venture between United Surgical Partners International, Catholic Healthcare West and local physicians, Arizona Orthopedic Surgical Hospital will provide specialized orthopaedic surgical and imaging services to the patients of the Phoenix area. The hospital will hold 24 inpatient beds and will contain six operating suites. The hospital is slated for completion in the spring of 2004.
