Radsource Signs Agreement to Provide Radiology Services at Medical Centre Surgicare

Brentwood, TN - May 15, 2003 - Radsource, a leader in orthopaedic radiology solutions, announced today the signing of a definitive agreement to provide consultative radiology services to Medical Center Surgicare Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Under terms of the agreement, Radsource will assist in radiology department design and serve as the procurement arm for all necessary imaging equipment for the Hospital. The Fort Worth Hospital radiology department will include a 1.5 Tesla MRI, Multi-slice Computed Tomography, Digital Radiography and Fluoroscopy, Computed Radiography and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications System).

About Medical Center Surgicare

Medical Center Surgicare is a joint venture between United Surgical Partners International, Baylor University Medical Center, and local physicians. The hospital will provide specialized surgical services and imaging to the patients of the Fort Worth, Texas area. The hospital will staff 34 inpatient beds and will contain eight operating suites. The hospital is slated for completion in the spring of 2004.
